The Eastern Shore Running Club has six weekly group runs.

Runners who are not already members must sign a waiver. You can sign an online waiver here.

Please do not come to a run if you have symptoms of COVID-19.

Monday, 5 a.m.: All-paces group run, 3.5 miles, Salisbury Bible Fellowship/Pine Bluff Self Storage, 1500 Court Plaza Lane, Salisbury

Tuesday, 6 p.m.: All-paces group run, 3.2 miles, Ben’s Red Swings at the Salisbury City Park (seasonal location as of March 11, 2025)

Wednesday, 6 p.m.: All-paces group run, 3.2 miles, Ben’s Red Swings at the Salisbury City Park (seasonal location as of March 11, 2025)

Thursday, noon: All-paces group run, 3.5 miles, Salisbury Bible Fellowship/Pine Bluff Self Storage

Thursday, 6 p.m.: All-paces group run, 3.5 miles, Loakal Branch Brewing, 501 N. Bi State Blvd., Delmar

Friday, 5 a.m.: All-paces group run of 3.5+ miles, Salisbury Bible Fellowship/Pine Bluff Self Storage

ESRC WEATHER POLICY

Safety of participants during our group runs and events is the Eastern Shore Running Club's highest priority. Please exercise caution, stay hydrated and fueled, listen to your body, slow down as needed, and dress appropriately for the weather. 

Group runs will be canceled if any of the following conditions are present: 

  • Thunderstorms: Thunder and/or lightning, or expected thunder and/or lightning during the run.

  • High Heat/Humidity: A dew point of 80 degrees Fahrenheit or higher and/or a heat index of 100 degrees or higher. 

  • Extreme Cold: The temperature or wind chill is 5 degrees Fahrenheit or below. 

  • Icy or Hazardous Course: The course is icy or otherwise hazardous. 

  • Poor Air Quality: The air quality index (AQI) is 151 or higher.

  • Extreme Weather Event: Events such as snowstorms, hurricanes, tropical storms, tornadoes and earthquakes, or watches for these events during the time of the run.

The call will be made at least 30 minutes before the start of the run and posted by the group run leader in the ESRC Group Runs and Discussions Facebook group. However, those without Facebook can refer to the above guidelines to determine whether a run will happen.
